Trastevere

This fine Italian cuisine restaurant belonging to the Hunan Group is located in Lomas de Chapultepec, an exclusive neighborhood in Mexico City. The project focuses on offering a space that evokes the Mediterranean with contemporary touches.

In addition, its design elegantly combines neutral tones that refer to the relaxing essence of coastal life. Offers a menu that satisfies any appetite with fresh truffle white pizzas or artichokes with truffled parmesan cream, accompanied by a wide selection of wines and cocktails. Trastevere offers an outdoor terrace and an indoor space that integrate seamlessly.

The restaurant is a haven of tranquility, where modernity and Mediterranean charm come together.

Limosnero

Located in the historic center of the city, this restaurant prioritizes Mexican artisanal ingredients to preserve the country’s gastronomic tradition. From the entrance to the walls there are mirrors from Tlayacapan, Talavera ceramics from Puebla and Huichol embroidery.

Order their tasting menu to enjoy a tour of their tasty and well executed cuisine. But if you opt for the tantalizing taco tasting, a pleasant surprise awaits you at the end. Its chef, Atzin Santos, grows and rescues endemic seeds to prepare his dishes. Reservations are recommended and don’t miss their Mole Negro or their Filet Wellington.

Jardín Horacio

Recently opened, this restaurant located in Polanco is a refuge of flavors and nature, perfect to enjoy the sunny days in the city and with a pleasant company.

Located on Horacio Avenue, Jardín Horacio is a terrace that proposes a signature cuisine where smoke is the protagonist of its menu. From the poro confit to the grilled Sonora Rib Eye, they will put your senses to the test. Some of the must-try dishes are: the Caesar salad, with crispy kale chips, Parmesan and anchovy emulsion, as well as their roasted beets. Let yourself be surprised by their desserts!

Café Arixi

It is located in the Roma Norte neighborhood and is a restaurant that combines Italian gastronomy with magnificent national ingredients. The project is the result of the meeting between Maura Lawrence Milia, Alex Lawrence Milia and Walter Meyenberg. Three passionate about mixology and hospitality.

True to its Italian essence, a meal at Café Arixi begins with appetizers. The Herbal VermouthSoda -herbal water, Dolin Blanc, Dolin Dry and green Chartreuse- is perfect and goes well with their Prosciutti e Formaggi platter or the Braised Beef Meatballs. Their menu is versatile and allows you to choose according to your craving. From mortadella focaccia to prosciutto with stracciatella and grilled peppers. It has a terrace.

Bistro 44

Neighborhood gastronomy that puts French bistro cuisine into action, this is how this third collaborative project between Chefs Mónica Patiño and Corentin Bertrand is defined. Bistrō 44 is a find located in the center of the Polanco neighborhood, in the middle of an atmosphere that will make you feel at home.

Located in front of Lincoln Park, it offers traditional dishes for a spontaneous meal or informal gatherings. Among them are the Foie gras with xoconostle compote with three chiles, as well as the Robalo Meuniere, thousand leaves of vegetables and for dessert, its raspberry and pistachio Vacherin. To accompany these dishes, order one of their cocktails such as Heroica 1839 with Buffalo Trace, avocado, agave honey and lemon.

Palapa Cantina Caribeña

Located in Colonia Juárez, this restaurant emerges with its palm roof in the middle of the city, setting a tropical tone but with all the tradition of a typical Mexican cantina. The menu, designed by Colombian chef Sebastián Pinzón, reflects this eclectic spirit in dishes such as snook fillet ceviche, Jamaican Jerk Style chicken and classic Colombian carimañolas.

The drink menu pairs perfectly with the food, offering classic cantina drinks but also a selection of cocktails inspired by iconic places. Every day there are live orchestras.

Voraz

It is located on the corner of Aguascalientes and Manzanillo, in the Roma neighborhood. Voraz is defined as a gastro-cantina where the dishes combine traditional Mexican ingredients and techniques with a contemporary touch.

The restaurant is located inside an old mechanical workshop and you can still see, as part of its design, details of that historic place. Its chef is Emiliano Padilla, who recommends starting with his salty churro with aged Cotija cheese and accompanying it with one of his cocktails such as the Margarita Santa. Then you can order their wood-fired broccoli, tuna tostada or mussels and chicken pibil.
